How to Cancel a Booking
- Cancel directly through your SkyOdeals account or by contacting our customer support team.
- Provide your booking reference number and relevant details to initiate the cancellation.
- Ensure your request is submitted within the timeframe specified by the service provider (airline, hotel, etc.).
Cancellation Fees & Refunds
- Fees: Applicable charges depend on the provider’s policy, booking type, and timing of cancellation.
- Refund Eligibility: Some bookings, especially promotional or discounted ones, may be non-refundable. If eligible, refunds will follow the provider’s terms.
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.
Partial Cancellations
Canceling part of your booking (e.g., one passenger or a single night in a multi-night stay) may qualify for a partial refund, subject to the provider’s policy.
No-Show Policy
If you miss your booking without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued, and you may be charged the full booking amount as per the provider’s terms.
